Sergey Tulaev	I did a 3 days course about half a year ago and I have returned for more. Eric's creativity never ceases to amaze, and so does his attention to details. The improvment in the skills and tactics can be felt absolutely immediatly!
Tom Saudemont	I was extremly pleased with Eric's training course. He made me realize that there is much more than only " pulling the trigger ". Eric learned me to think about my shooting and to learn from my errors. It was back to "basics", but that was what I needed. Almost all aspects regarding shooting were adressed during the course, and it was a lot of information to process. I can recommend everybody to follow Eric's training course, no matter what level you are shooting at. I will definetly be back next year for extra training!

Eric confronts you with the errors you make and tells you how to correct them. He's strict but if you want to become a better shooter you need it. I am coming back next year!
Martin Ciesielski	Well run course covering the very important basics of shooting and more advanced elements (moving, shooting on move, transitions etc). Enough information to digest and enough time to actually practice the learned material. Pace was just right, split into two (morning and afternoon) sessions, separated by a lunch break that provides the opportunity to have some rest. Bring water and some snacks if you want to maintain the energy levels throughout the day. You stay on your feet for about 6 hours a day which may be tiring for some. Eric did a good job picking up mistakes and correcting them. Good habit to stop the student mid-course if the mistake is made and made them repeat the whole sequence again. While practicing the more advanced elements the other mistakes (eg relating to the elements learnt at the basic level) are not always corrected. This may benefit the student, as he is not overloaded with too many elements to concentrate on at the same time, but some people may prefer to be corrected every time. The curriculum of the course has clearly been developed over the course of many years and presented numerous times thus the presentation is smooth, to the point and efficient. Eric creates a pleasant atmosphere, with enough tension to stimulate the performance but not create unnecessary stress. Some of the techniques tought, especially the basics are unorthodox and quite contrary to the popular methods propagated in books, videos and internet. They do, however make sense and evidently work. The course leaves the student with good material and techniques to practice for the forthcoming months. Eric is keen on providing the insight on his own techniques, tactics, equipment related questions etc and is a polite, down to earth and accessible person. I am looking forward to participate in the next training session with Eric.
Malgorzata Wojewodka	I like your style of manage the training. Good to start with basic things because devil is in the details and at the beginning without proper understanding of your philosophy is difficult to follow your directions and improve. Intensity : 3 hours in the morning and 3 afternoon with one hour break for lunch is absolutely optimum time. Very good contact with trainer. Good explanation of mistakes. From my point of view is good that you are repeated every time if mistakes appear - over and over again;-). Even if You are the �Champion� you are not create any distance between you and the student. Good to see how you are doing the exercises after when I done mine. By watching You I can correct mistakes which I did.
